Enjoy Ube Syrup without the added sugars or calories!

We listened to your feedback and we're doing a limited sugar-free version of Ube Syrup! That's right - ube syrup without the added sugar or calories! This version  sweetened with allulose, a  plant-based sugar alternative that tastes just like sugar.  You'll still get the same ube flavor, just sugar free.

Many ways to use!
This syrup is not just for mixing ube with coffee! You can add it to matcha, baked goods, cocktails, ice cream, and more!

How to make an ube latte
1. Add 2 tablespoons to a 6oz of milk
2. Add espresso or coffee, matcha, or enjoy caffeine free and just add milk.
3. Add ice and enjoy!

Shelf life and storage
Once opened, we suggest storing it in the refrigerator where it can last up to three months. Trust us though, you'll use it all up quicker than you think.

What is ube?

Ube is a purple yam native to the Philippines, often used in cooking and baking. It has a vibrant purple color and a slightly sweet, nutty flavor. Ube is commonly used in Filipino desserts, such as halaya (a sweet jam) and ube ice cream. It’s also incorporated into cakes, pastries, and other sweets, both in Filipino cuisine and increasingly in international food trends.

Each bottle can make up to 20 lattes.

Please make MORE of this ALL the time!

This is pure heaven! And sugar free?!? Better tasting than all the fancy ube lattes I’ve gotten over the years. I got two bottles today, and already know I’m going to be an addict! Please consider a subscription service for this!!

Better than the full sugar stuff

I’m shocked this is actually sugar free and zero calories. I can’t tell that it’s sugar free. There’s no weird aftertaste and you taste ube. It may take 2-3 tbsp versus the 1-2 tbsp with the original recipe but this is all around a better buy for those looking to save calories/sugar without sacrificing taste.

I love this syrup! I use it in my matcha lattes, it has a distinct ube flavor & it doesnt have any weird aftertastes that can be caused by sugar replacements.
