Watch your lattes turn purple! Made with Ube, (pronounced ooh-bae) is a yam that has a subtle, sweet, and nutty-like taste that pairs perfectly will milk, cocktails, and other delicious creations. This ube coffee syrup pairs perfectly with dark roast coffee or espresso, mixed with some milk.
Many ways to use!
This syrup is not just for mixing ube with coffee! You can add it to cocktails, mocktails, milk, or even baked goods. You can even add it to sparkling water for a fun sizzling drink.
How to make an ube latte
1. Add 2 tablespoons to a 6oz of milk
2. Add espresso or coffee, or enjoy caffeine free and just add milk.
3. Add ice and enjoy!

Shelf life and storage
Once opened, we suggest storing it in the refrigerator where it can last up to three months. Trust us though, you'll use it all up quicker than you think.
