How we like to make delicious ube latte:
1. Add 2 tablespoons to a 6oz of milk
2. Add espresso or coffee, or enjoy caffeine free!
3. Add ice and enjoy!
Shelf life and storage
Once opened, we suggest storing it in the refrigerator where it can last up to a three months. Trust us though, you'll use it all up quicker than you think.
What is Ube?
Ube is a purple yam native to the Philippines, often used in cooking and baking. It has a vibrant purple color and a slightly sweet, nutty flavor. Ube is commonly used in Filipino desserts, such as halaya (a sweet jam) and ube ice cream. It’s also incorporated into cakes, pastries, and other sweets, both in Filipino cuisine and increasingly in international food trends. The tuber is packed with nutrients like fiber, vitamins, and antioxidants.

I love the ube syrup. The flavor shines through in my chia pudding, but was kind of muted in the overnight oats. The syrup is good blended in a vanilla milkshake as well. I love the product but I don’t love the bottle. It doesn’t give a clean pour and I always have product dripping down the side. I definitely will be reordering.
I went through the horrible experience of buying Monin’s brand of Ube which is actually a crime against humanity and Ube itself, as there is no genuine Ube flavor. When I found this I was RELIEVED at the incredible taste and flavor. So worth it! I bought the 3 pack so I don’t run out as fast this time

I purchased the bundle after my first purchase of the single bottle. Will be ordering another bundle as soon as I run out. The flavor is great. I've used it in coffee, matcha, brownies and will be trying more.
